About The Teacher Label:
About The Teacher
My undergraduate degree is from Abilene Christian University in Communication Applications. I also have a master's degree in communication studies from Texas Tech University. For my current position as a school librarian, I received a master's degree in library science from the University of North Texas. I am in my 7th year as a school librarian, 5th year at Ridgeview. I have been teaching for 15 years ranging in level from toddler pre-school classes to university level speech classes. I am very blessed to have the opportunity to work with so many fantastic people--in a job that is also my passion. One of my favorite aspects of being a librarian is being able to help individuals find books that they will like. My philosophy is that everyone will like to read if he/she finds the right book. I challenge you to come in and let me help you find that right book.
