Dear Parents,
Sorry for the confusion. All goodies should be brought in on Thursday. We will send the
Firemen home with their basket of treats and I will deliver the basket to Officer Page on
Thursday afternoon. The children had a great time with Officer Page and asked some great
questions. Lots of great pictures!!!
Tuesday, November 18th Officer Page will be here to see the kids and talk with them about
safety issues. He will visit each classroom and all
students will have the chance to climb into the squad car.
Thursday, November 20th the Fire Department will come out and talk with our kids and allow them
to climb onto the Fire truck. They will also talk about safety concerns with the students. All
topics are age appropriate and the kids really enjoy having them visit. This is such a treat for
the children.
Each year I ask each family to bring in "goodies" for the the men and women. Please send
in "goodies" on Thursday morning and we will send it home with the Firemen and Officer Page.
Examples of "goodies": rice krispies, cookies, brownies, cupcakes... these items can be from the
store or if you have time to make something that
would work as well.
