A 1979 graduate of Texas Tech University, and a former Lady Raider, Ms. Jones
began her career in education in 1980. She coached basketball, track, and
cross-country at Abernathy, Frenship, and Levelland before joining the RISD
faculty in 2004 as the girl's athletic coordinator and head basketball coach.
Three years ago, Ms. Jones left the coaching ranks. She is currently in the
Counseling Office, serving as the Director of Student Services.
