When can I come by for help?
My official tutorial times are Wednesday afternoons 4:15-5:00 and Thursday mornings 8:15-8:55. I am usually here early every morning at around 7:15 or so, but I may have to go to a meeting. I can stay after school by appointment only other than on Wednesdays.Back to Top

I'm making lower grades in AP than I have ever made before! What should I do?
Stick with it. Universities know the difference between an "On-Level" History class and an AP class. They would regard a "C" in an AP class as higher than an "A" in an on-level class. Advanced Placement classes are difficult.Back to Top

How can I do better in AP?
Join or start a study group. That really does work. Do the key points from the handouts. Get a review guide- Princeton Review makes a really good one and there are some others available at bookstores like Barnes & Noble. Do ALL of the reading. Take good notes from your reading. Ask for help. Take good notes and listen in class. Don't be afraid to be wrong or make a mistake in class. Use the online resources (see my LINKS page)Back to Top
