About The Teacher
I credit my love of cooking to my Mother who will forever be my greatest teacher. I am a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma I am a member of the American Culinary Federation and National Education Association. I am certified in Nutrition, Food Science, Culinary Arts, and Hospitality. I have two beautiful daughters named Julie and Lauren and Reed my grandson. My boyfriend Bill and my loyal minature weannie dogs Franz and Rudolf make my life complete.
