Welcome to English II-World Literature Spring Semester. During this
semester, we will be focusing on non-fiction literature and writing skills.
We will begin personal narrative and TAKS review for 4th six weeks. The ELA
TAKS camp will occur the week of February 9-13. The state exam will be given
March 3rd. For 5th six weeks, we will jigsaw A Place Where the Sea Remembers
and begin the Holocaust unit. Sixth six weeks will focus on memoirs and
Angela's Ashes. No Independent Reading Assignment for this semester.
