I managed campaigns, wrote grants, directed women and children's health programs, taught childbirth classes, and worked as a consultant before discovering my real passion in 2000--- teaching high school English, Creative Writing, and Reading. On June 25, 2011 our Nash 4.0 family upgraded to Nash 5.0 when Andrew and Jamie Nida married. We garden (proudly collecting rain water and solar energy) in the country on 10 organic acres with dogs, cats, guinea fowl, and chickens.
