2. all other numbers, 30-90, have a 'y' connector between the tens and the ones
example: 33 = thirty - three (English)..... treinta y tres (Spanish) **** the 'y' in Spanish is like the '-' in Englsh
54 = fifty - four (Englsh)........ cincuenta y cuatro (Spanish)
3. single digit writing: each number says its name
