December 2009 EDP
Beginning January 1, 2010, anyone who needs a receipt for EDP, will have to submit a request in writing to me stating what month, and what information is required. No exceptions. There is a link on EDP home page (Photos/Docs) with a form to print out, fill in, and turn into the office.

Last day for EDP in 2009, is December 17th. We will have Domino's Pizza and candy canes to celebrate!

7:00-7:30 a.m. $20.00/month
Monthly After-School Rate
One Child $120.00/month
Two Children $180.00/month
Three Children $240.00/month
Four Children $300.00/month
Daily rate $12.00/day
Hourly rate $6.00/hour (8/09lg)
*no extra charge when paying the monthly rate
January Payments return to normal rates: 1-$175.00, 2-$275.00, 3-$375.00, 4-$475.00
** late fee $1.00/ minute after 6:30 p.m.** Please pick your children up on time.
Bills will be sent in December for late EDP pickup.
**Make checks payable to SFDS EDP and include the student
name/s so that I can make sure you are properly credited. Leave checks in the school office
or give to Mrs. Gomez/one of the counselors! Thanks.**
