Deadline to submit ads for inclusion in the 2012-2013 SHCS Yearbook is
WEDNESDAY, May 15, 2013. Download an Advertising ORDER FORM (see below) with
sample sizes and costs for yearbook advertisements.
If you would like to place an ad in the 2012-2013 school yearbook, please
return the order form with payment and artwork to the school by Wednesday, May
15, 2013 to the attention of “Yearbook Coordinator”.
Please make checks payable to: St. Helen Catholic School.
Artwork for ads may be submitted in one of the following ways:
A. Ads may be submitted in final form. Acceptable formats include a printed
piece ready to be scanned and placed in the ad size purchased or as a digital
file in either .eps, .tiff, .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png formats.
B. Alternatively, a simple ad can be designed by the yearbook coordinator
using your photograph (digital or print) and words of congratulations or
encouragement.
