Welcome to St. Helen Catholic School's Physical Education Classes for
students in grades K-5.
I have a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and have taught
dance of all forms for over 30 years. I love teaching P.E. at St. Helen
and really like the positive attitude of my students and the SHCS staff!
Our elementary P.E. classes focus on general conditioning and physical
education, incorporating many types of activities and play forums,
in an effort to keep the students interested in being physically active each
school day. Incorporating Christian values, I also focus on fair play,
honesty, good sportsmanship and respecting others.
