-Parent and student need to read the dance syllabus and Sign the back form. This will be a written grade for the 1st six weeks. -All dancers will need to bring clothes to class next time we meet to dance. -SPHS dance T-shirt needs to be purchased for class, black dance pants and black jazz shoes. -Cash ONLY for Dance T-shirt ($5) is due by Sept 9 and 10
