Welcome back to school!  We are picking right back up where we left off.  Expect a busy and challenging spring in algebra. 

The specific date is not known at this time, but the counselors typically visit our math classes during the month of January to talk about scheduling classes for next year.  I know that it is early, but please discuss preferences and plans with your students so that they can make the best possible decision when the time comes.  Classes fill up on a first-come-first-served basis, so you want to return the forms - completely filled out - as soon as possible.  Stony Point will host several academies next year as RRISD moves to an academy model for all of our high schools. 

Below are some key general dates to keep in mind.  These are important, but check the calendar or newsflash page to get specific information about your algebra class.  
 
Key Dates:
    
    February 9  10th Grade Course Selection for CRHS students
    February 12   End of 4th 6 weeks
    March 1      All Course Selection sheets due (CRHS & SPHS)
