Mis ninos!!
I don't know what you know or don't know about my absence, but things have calmed down a bit for you to hear it from the horse's mouth!
My husband had to have emergency open heart bypass surgery Tuesday! It all started Sunday and was a whirlwind of doctors and emergency
procedures. He has had the surgery and has progressed from ICU yesterday to a room today. I am sitting now at his side as he gently sleeps
(you don't get much sleep in the hospital! People are always jacking around with you!)
He is the love of my life and the cardiac surgeon saved it for us. I sincerely want to kiss that man's feet. Mr. Miller will be in the hospital until
the weekend. My daughter flew up to be here and help and my sister is coming next week to be with him his first week home from the hospital.
My plans are to return to school on Monday...God willin' and the creek don't rise!
I miss you all terribly! You can email me if you want --- clicking around on the computer helps me feel like life is kind of normal. Be good,
keep working while I am away...(No image quiz on Friday!)...don't be slackers...be nice to the sub...keep the room clean...all the usual directives.
