Dr. Jensen has taught at TAG since January 1996. She has a B.S. in physics
from Trinity University and a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Texas
at Austin. She has taught AP Statistics since 1997.
She lives in Oak Cliff with her husband and sons Ben (age 9) and Nick (age
6). Layla, a one-year-old Great Dane, and Turbo, a beautiful black Lab, are
also part of the family.
Students will learn to analyze data and communicate statistics conclusions.
In addition to mathematical skills, writing is a key component in this
class. Calculator use is encouraged at all times.
Students are expected to take the AP Statistics Exam in May.
