National Council of Teachers of Mathematics--This site has great virtual 
manipulatives from early childhood through high school.  I have set this 
link to include manipulative activities for 1st-5th grades.  Explore,

International Reading Association--This is a great resource with loads of 
interactive tools that allow kids to integrate reading, writing, and
