Instructions for When Sugar Isn’t Sweet website extra credit.
Click on the website below. Read the information and then
click to go on.
Click on wwwsheet and print a worksheet to help you prepare your project.
Now, click on the bottom link – When Sugar Isn’t Sweet – and read and learn
about diabetes. You can take notes on your wwwsheet.
When you have finished learning all about diabetes, prepare an informational
pamphlet about diabetes. (Remember to use your own words
when writing the information). First, fold a blank sheet of
paper into 3 sections as shown on the instructions sheet (do not use the
instructions sheet as your brochure). Second, fill in the requested
information in each of the sections – you might need to go back to the website
to retrieve more information – USE COMPLETE SENTENCES IN PARAGRAPH FORM.
Third, fold the brochure and put your name and the title on the front
of the brochure.
Give your brochure to Mrs. Leslie.
