Great News about Gold Performance Acknowledgements!
Union Hill received four 2008-09 Gold Performance Acknowledgements from the
Texas Education Agency. TEA recognizes districts and campuses for high
academic performance on various indicators. Commended subject awards are
given for having 30 percent or more of students in each student group scoring
at or above TAKS commended level. Comparable improvement awards compare a
school's performance to a group of 40 similar schools.
