Carol Tremaine-8th Grade, 7-2 and 7-3 Counselor
I was born and raised in Texas and graduated from Round Rock High School.
Upon graduating, I attended Southwestern University in Georgetown. I later
moved to San Antonio where I taught special education for 5 years while
working on my Master of Arts from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
I then returned to Round Rock to pursue my career as a school counselor.
On a personal note, I enjoy spending my free time with my family and
friends. My husband, Dan and I are blessed with two wonderful boys, Daniel
and Andrew. We love going to parks and family outings.
I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with such an involved
community and look forward to a great year at Walsh!
Kathrine Pimentel-6th Grade and 7-1 Counselor
I was born and raised in Austin, where I had the opportunity to attend
RRIDS schools. Upon graduating, I attended Abilene Christian University
where I recieved a BS in English Education. For the past few years, I have
enjoyed teaching middle school English in RRISD. Although I loved my time as
a teacher, I chose to enter the profession of school counseling because I am
passionate about advocating for students. I am currently completing my
masters degree at the University of Texas (Hook 'em!). My husband,
Christian, is a Youth Minister, and we love spending time with friends,
family and middle schoolers! I feel very blessed to be able to serve such
wonderful students at a FANTASTIC school. GO WILDCATS!
