    ********  NEW TEXAS IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS ******** 
            
    Any student entering Kindergarten and/or Seventh (7th) grade must
    meet the new requirements for school attendance! (please refer to the 
    NewsFlash section of this web site for the letter of requirements.)

    In order to attend a RRISD school, a child must be current on his/her
    immunizations.
    If your child has received a required vaccination, please provide 
    a copy to the Nursing office.  
    Your child may bring a copy to school or you may FAX the copy to        
    the number listed below.
    If your child needs the immunization, contact your Physician or Health  
    Care provider. Once the vaccine has been given, send or fax a copy of
    documentation to school.
