Feliz Primavera a todos!

We will continue to learn about the Preterite Tense in the ER/IR form and 
other irregular verbs.  The vocab for this unit is cultural events and places-
-museums, theaters, galleries, etc.  Students this week are doing book work, 
mini games and activies to reinforce the chapter's vocabulary.
Look under links and I have added a vocabulary practice electronic flashcards 
to use for practice.
We will have a vocab and grammar [pret er/ir verb] quiz this Thursday.
 
Although we have moved on to another chapter, material from previous chapters 
will continue to be used--

Students--make sure you continue to practice your stem chanching verbs, go 
verbs, ser vs. estar, indirect object pronouns, direct object pronouns, 
preterite verbs ar, er, and ir.  Irregular preterite conjugation of some 
irregulars like hacer, ir, ser, ver, dar, querer, tener, decir, poder, etc.
Please visit my links on these grammar concepts and vocabulary reinforcement 
if you need extra practice.

We are ALWAYS practicing complete sentences and doing reading passages 
together.

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN SPANISH YOU MUST KEEP YOUR 2 INCH BINDER NEAT 
AND ORGANIZED.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BINDER SO THAT 
YOU CAN KEEP UP WITH THE CURRICULUM.  A HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL CLASS MUST BE TAKEN 
SERIOUSLY!

NATIONAL SPANISH EXAM
We will have one last meeting to great award and prices after May 1st once I 
receive official scores. Date TBA.
