About Mrs. Dillon
<br /> <span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS;">I am originally from Amarillo, Texas. I attended college at Texas A&M (Go Aggies!) where I met my husband. We were married in 2003 and have two kids: Kaiden (born Jan. 2009) and Mailee (born March 2011). I enjoy running, traveling, playing with my kids and being outside (when it's not too hot!).<br /> <br /> I've wanted to be a teacher for as long as I remember, so my job is a dream come true! I've been teaching since 1998 and have taught PK-1st grade. At Westwood I taught Kindergarten from 2003 until 2011. Now I am an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher. This is an area that is close to my heart as my family is bilingual. I love teaching and watching the kids grow so much throughout the year! My favorite thing is to see the look on their faces when they are excited about learning! <br /> <br /> I look forward to a great year with your child!! </span></span>
