Howdy! My name is Alexandra Childers and I am so happy to be in the library at Westwood and Bales!
This is my fourth year teaching at Westwood and I am so excited to start
the new school year. I taught Pre-K at Westwood for the last three years and I am so excited to now be
in the libraries at Bales and Westwood!
Before moving to Friendswood, I lived in San Antonio and
taught first grade. When I am not a school I enjoy cooking, working out and
spending time with my husband. I am also going to graduate school at U of
H-Clear Lake to become a reading specialist. I went to Texas A&M University
and my hometown is San Antonio, Texas!
My mission in the library is to promote reading and inquiry for all learners.
