Well, the vote is in...Our class has decided our “going green” project for the year will be to reduce the amount of trash leaving the lunchroom. We will start promoting a waste-free lunch in our classroom. Students plan through projects and video clips to educate and motivate other classes to join us. In addition to this, students really want to be able to use waste products such as boxes, bottles, egg cartons, and such to complete projects in class. So start sending in those items so we can turn trash to treasure in our science and social studies unit.
