I have been teaching special education since 1991. After graduating from the University of Texas at
Austin, I taught for nine years at the Children's Psychiatric Ward at the Austin State Hospital. I married
my wonderful husband Bob, in 2000 and we moved to Friendswood. I have been teaching at Westwood
ever since! I was team leader of the special education team from 2000-2005.
My husband and I are blessed with a daughter and a son. We also have a fun loving chcoloate lab
named Mojo! He takes care of all of us!
I look forward to getting to know your child and teaching them many strategies to help them succeed!
