Ok guys, we are going to need to split up some responsibilities for our Corpus trip according to
our groups.
Warrior week group:
You guys need to be in charge of half our water cases! We don’t need to be drinking
anything but water, so we need about 2 or 3 cases total from your group!
Week of mourning group:
You guys need to be in charge of the other half our water cases, so we need another 2 or
3 cases!
It’s all Greek to me group:
You guys need to gather up some healthy snacks for the trip down to Corpus! Make sure to
bring enough for everyone!
Olympia week group:
You need to gather some healthy snacks for the trip home! Make sure to bring enough for
everyone!
Fall of Troy group:
Camping gear for our cookout
Here’s the list of what all we need to pack just so we don’t have to battle with luggage… *cough
convention cough*
• Black rehearsal clothes
• Comfy clothes for the ride
• Beach clothes and towels with a bag to put sandy clothes in
• Pool clothes different from your beach clothes
• Restaurant clothes (not too fancy)
• $50 roughly for food
• Something to entertain you on the ride
Leave school Friday at 6am
Brief stop for breakfast and potty break in Palestine
Lunch at fast food in Victoria
Arrive in Corpus at 3pm and check into the hotel
Swim and hang out at the pool
Dinner at restaurant at 8pm
Lights out at 10pm
Saturday Morning load the bus and head for the TAMUCC campus Workshop 8-10:30
Go back to hotel and change and go to Walmart for picnic supplies
Go to the beach from 12-4:30
Back to hotel to clean up and get ready for the second clinic
TAMUCC Workshop 6-9pm
Back to hotel: order in food for dinner
Sunday pack up and leave by 8am
Potty stop in Victoria
Fast food lunch La Grange, Rockdale, or Hearne depending on how long the kids can go. Home
around 7pm
