participation in Whitehouse ISD extracurricular activities. I understand
that failure to do so will result in disciplinary measures related to my
extracurricular participation.

Classroom/Locker room Rules of 7th & 8th Grade Girls’ Athletics
Coach Parker, Coach Knight, & Coach Allen
1. Not having athletic tennis shoes/clothes---Walk/Run laps during
class period, this will be considered as missing practice
2. Stealing in athletics---------immediate removal from athletics
3. Athlete not being on spot during roll call----This is the same as
unexcused absence----1/2 mile run under 5 minutes
4. Missed practices--------
Excused missed----discussed with Coach/ Illness is excused
Unexcused----the athlete will run 1 mile under 10 minutes
5. Grading policy-----3 pts. a day will be deducted from potential 20
pts. per week for not dressing out, wearing jewelry, no shoes, no
participation unless a note from parent which lasts only three days, then
must have a doctors note to continue to sit out without deductions
I have read and understand the classroom/locker room rules of girls’
athletics and I understand the consequences that my athlete will face if she
fails to adhere to these rules and agree to such terms.
