I have lived in the Austin area since I was seven years old. I attended the
University of Texas at Austin and received my Bachelors Degree in History and
Psychology. Then, I completed coursework at Southwest Texas State University
to obtain my teaching certificate. I have taught 4th and 5th grade since 1999
in both the Round Rock and Pflugerville school districts. I also completed my
Masters Degree in Educational Administration at Texas State University in 2004.
I currently live in Cedar Park with my husband, Mark, stepson, Colton, and our
very spoiled Maltese named Kenadi. We enjoy camping, shopping, and spending
time with the family. My parents, sister, and her family all live in the
area, and we spend lots of time together.
