Homework is assigned M-Th in my class. Students are to write their homework
in their organizer. Extension is a great time to work on homework
assignments. If the assignment isn't completed during this time, they will
bring it home to finish. If it is not done by the next day, they will work
on it during recess.
All students start with a 100% at the beginning of the
nine weeks. For each homework assignment that is late, five points will be
deducted. At the end of the grading period the homework grade will be
entered as a test grade. We check homework in class and it is sent home in
the Friday folder. If it is late you will notice a note written by me
stating that it was late.
