Spelling words should be studied every night. Spelling tests will be administered every Friday of the
week. Students should know their subtraction facts through 20 & multiplication facts through 10.
Timed facts tests will be given every Monday and Friday. The same test is administered on those 2
days of one week, giving the student a few days to study and improve. Only the highest grade will be
taken for the week, the other grade will be dropped. Math facts should be studied by using flash
cards or writing them down. mathfacts.com is an interactive website that may help your child in
memorizing math facts.
