Hi!Thanks for checking out my website!
I have been teaching 5th grade math, science, and social studies for 18
years. I have Marketing and Management degrees from Texas A&M University
(whoop!) and my teacher's certification, with a specialization in math, is
from Texas State University. I have three children. My daughter is a
Freshman in college, my son is a Sophomore in high school and my step son
is in the 8th grade in Santa Fe.
My hobbies include volunteering with high school tennis and Boy Scout Troop
442, running my son to tennis, Boy Scouts and Life Teen, and volunteering at my church.
I also enjoy camping, hiking,kayaking, traveling to see my 6 siblings throughout the
United States,watching movies and reading.
I really want each child to enjoy school and learning while developing
his/her organizational skills, sense of responsiblity, ability to work and
get along with others, leadership skills and self-confidence. I want each
student to feel comfortable asking questions and to have fun while learning!
