How do I study for my science tests ?!
We're lucky to have lots of options when it comes to preparing for a test. What is required of you is to complete the directed reading assignment. Not a fun experience, but it helps you to pull the "important stuff" from the chapter. Options: Go online to the online textbook and take the practice quizzes. They'll let you know just how prepared you are for each section of the chapter. Can't go online? Check out a Tutor CD-Rom from me. You can take the same type of quizzes for each section. When you get one wrong, the CD-Rom will tell you why. Other written options might include a review passed out the day prior to the test, the chapter review at the end of the chapter, or your study guide issued to you at the start of school. The answers to each of these are always available from me at a time most convenient to you. What's your favorite graphic organizer? Reading the chapter doesn't do a whole lot when your eyes just move back and forth. Use your favorite method of taking notes or outlining as you read. Now you're in business!Back to Top
