****As a reminder, there will be a book exchange during the Epiphany/Christmas celebration. Each child will bring a book and the cost should be between $2.00 and $3.00.
Please bring these books by Wednesday, December 16th. Please mark for boy or girl, if applicable and "From your friend(your child's name)". We ask that you help your child understand that they will not receive this book back, but one from a fellow classmate, and that the book they bring is not for a particular friend in class. The books will be selected at random, according to boys and girls.****

Wow, Christmas is just around the corner!!
During our short month of December we will spend the first week talking about the arctic and the following week on the antarctic. In these units we will discuss the geography and the climate of these different regions. Not to forget, the animals that live in the arctic and in the antarctic.
In our final week of school we are going to be focusing on Chris Van Allsburg's, The Polar Express.
This will also be the week of our pajama day!

In addition, we will also be working on our Christmas presents and
learning to play the bells.
Looking forward to our busy, yet very fun filled weeks!
