NOVEMBER 30 - DECEMBER 4, 2009
NEW!! - There has been an update to MLA guidelines that may not be reflected in your critical paper materials. To see the changes, please visit the
OWL at Purdue. They have a good synopsis of the changes with examples. We'll be using these guideline updates for our work. It is very important that you read these updates carefully.
TERM PAPER - Guidelines for the term paper are now posted on the "Thesis Downloads" page. It is absolutely imperative that you read, understand, and FOLLOW the directions as written. Format and grammar errors are unacceptable. Content should reflect the work you have done, as well as a brief description of the direction and end result of your thesis.
The TERM PAPER is due FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18, BEFORE 9:00 AM. Late papers WILL NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
Thesis conferences and questions about your thesis are an ongoing component of the course. You should request a meeting if there are concerns about your thesis project scope, details, requirements, etc.
Bi-Weekly Report Form is posted in "Thesis Downloads". Your next report is due MONDAY, DECEMBER 14 before 9:00am. You will name EACH report document like so: "Bi-weekly Report, mm-dd-yy" (date is the DUE DATE). The email subject line will read: "Your Last Name, Bi-Weekly Report". Please follow these very simple directions. I will not accept submissions that do not follow these directions.
