Reading Classes

Daily Homework - Reading Logs: Students are responsible for reading a minimum of 20 minutes every day and then recording the main idea and supporting details on their reading logs. This is weighted as 30% of student grades.

During class, students will endeavor to make improvements in the following areas:

• Word Study
• Fluency
• Expository Texts
• Journal Response Entries
• Sustained Silent Reading
