Monday August 25th all periods.
I gave the students their disclosures and spelling words. We had a practice
spelling quiz. The bottom portion of the disclosure needs to be turned in
ASAP.
Tuesday August 26th B day
Handed in disclosures. Passed out books. Discussed how to find things in
the book. Star activity (to get to know people). 5th period went to an
orientation assembly for part of the period. Filled out "All About Me" and
turned in. Started "Crystal Ball".
Wednesday August 27th A day

Thursday August 28th B day
We will do a Science Olympiad Event. I haven't decided which one. We will
also do a Flying High activity. No homework

class it is homework and needs to be turned in on Wednesday Sept. 24th
6th and 7th periods finished pen labs and turned in and same assignments as
5th period but most students didn't finish because of finishing the pen lab
so Tic Tac Toe and Linear Measurements will be homework and will be due on
Tuesday Sept 23, A day
Same as Monday except all of A day has finished their Pen Lab. So we will
just begin with metrics. Homework only will be the Linear Measurements. due
on Thursday Sept. 25th

Liter measuring lab. In class and will be handed in today. Gram measuring
using the scales. Again this is a class assignment and will be turned in
today.

Quiz on metrics. The students will be able to use their money chart. If
they do not have it with them they cannot use another persons. There will
be spelling words on this quiz so study your spelling words.
I will hope to have their projects done and recorded in the computer by
Friday Oct. 3rd. I have everything else corrected and recorded and on
Monday and Tuesday will have turned them back to the students. Ask your
students to see their work so that you can see what they are missing or how
well they are doing.

Monday October 6 A day
On friday we didnt do a quiz. We started a Volume lab that was said to be
done on Wednesday. Mr. Wadsworth needed some of the materials I needed to do
this lab so we had a pop spelling quiz instead.
Volume lab in class assignment. 1/2 of the class will do the volume lab and
1/2 of the class will do a worksheet called Little Millie Metric. After aout
40 minutes we will switch. All will be done in class. There is no homework
because we will be correcting the millie metric and hand in the lab.
