Charlotte W. Ovard has been the Braillist for the Granite School District,
Special Services, Vision Department since 1986 and was certified by The
Library of Congress in Literary Braille in June of 1996.
The mission of the Braille Rules Guide & Nemeth Charts is to assist the
student, teacher, or transcriber in rules, formats, and available technology
in the study of Braille, textbook preparation and production, and to provide
memory aids for the Braille student and user.
