This is my 11th year of teaching. I grew up in Utah and attended Jefferson
Jr. High and Kearns High School. I received my college education from Snow
College and Utah State University. I majored in History with a minor in
Geography. I taught for 1/2 year at Viewmont High School in Bountiful and
have spent the rest of the time until now teaching at Jefferson Jr. High.
My interests include music, reading, movies ("Star Wars" and "Lord of the
Rings"), and theater (Broadway, Shakespeare, etc.).
I look forward to working with all of my students and know it will be a great
year!
The mission of this class is to make students aware of cultures around the
world and their perspectives. Everyone has valid points of view including
the students and this is an opportunity for them to see others as well.
