I graduated from the University of Utah, after which, I played for 2years in
the Utah Symphony. I taught elementary music for one year and then taught for
Salt Lake District for 4 years. I taught at Eisenhower for 11 years and I am
happy to be teaching at Wasatch this year.
I have played in numerous orchestras and have played in several productions
at the Hale Theater and the Grand Theater. I have sung in several chorus and
also with a folk group. I am currently a member of the Sterling Singers.
My mission for the class is to educate the students in proper vocal
techniques and also to teach them theory and note reading. Above all I am
striving to make singing fun!
