State Project!                     

Due Mon, Oct 26!    

Most of the work will be done in class, I have checked out books about each state from the library.              

Requirements:

1.  Map of state with 5 cities, a simple grid (A, B, C and 1, 2, 3) with the location of the cities listed on the side (i.e., B3), on regular white paper.

2.  Flag of state on regular white paper.

3.  Answers to the following questions (complete sentences).

4.  Picture of typical scenery of state (Art Center activity).

5.  Oral presentation of the information and showing the map and flag.

Use this paper to gather your information.  You will write your sentences on your own paper in your neatest handwriting using complete sentences.

4.   How many Representatives are there?

5.  What are some of the most important resources in this state?

6.  What is the economy of the state based on?

7.  What are the main cultures in the state?

10.              What are a few fun facts about this state?

11.              Would you like to visit this state? Why or why not?
