(K-12)

Academic Development
•  To acquire the attitudes, knowledge, and skills that contribute to effective life-long
    learning
•  To complete school with the academic preparation essential to choose from a wide range
    of post-secondary educational and training options
•  To understand the relationship of academics to the world of work, to life at home, and to
    life in the community

Career Development

    and problem solving in the workplace
•  Awareness of the variety of traditional, nontraditional, and technical occupations
•  Awareness of how present personal, social, and academic choices affect future career
