The 2009-10 school year mark my 13th year at CMS! I currently live in
Salem with my family, including my husband Josh who is an Assistant Principal
at Hidden Valley High School and our two children Austin (8) and
Emmalynn (4). We also have a Goldendoodle, Bindi, and two kittens, Turbo and
Sox.
In my time away from school, I enjoy gardening, reading and being with my
family. I spend a lot of my free time running my children to their different
sports practices....soccer and swimming are the current popular favorites
with my kids.
The coolest thing that I did this past summer? My family went camping in
Maryland with about 50 other people! Yes, I slept in a tent. We nicknamed
the camp site, Camp Skunkerene in honor of the many fearless skunks that came
out at night!
I am a Nationally Board Certified Career and Technical Education (CTE)
teacher . I am looking forward to continuing to strengthen my teaching as I
work with students and parents to increase communications within my classroom.
Parents are always welcome in my classroom.
