Message from the Principal

I believe that all children can learn. Their elementary years are a time of magic and wonder, a time when teaching and learning have the very greatest impact. Throughout our school we take hold of the opportunity to work and ensure success for each child every day. Each person at Council Elementary Middle School works to create a climate in which positive behaviors are expected, encouraged and rewarded in order to enhance the total school environment. We also have high expectations for academic achievement, citizenship, kindness, creativity, safety and confidence for all students.
We welcome our families to our school and we encourage active parent participation. A well rounded educational experience requires sound partnerships between school and home.
