If I am absent, how do I find out what the class did that day?

There are several ways.  The easiest is to go to the class and look in the 
missed assignment binder.  Take one of everything for the day missed.  The 
daily agenda for that day is also included.

How can I stay organized?

Organization is the key to being a successful student.  Take the time to 
keep your notes, assignments, handouts, etc. in order.  Date everything! At the 
end of every quarter you will be instructed on notebook housekeeping.
DO NOT use your textbook as a notebook!

What is the best way to study for tests and quizzes?

Plan ahead!  Last minute or cramming is not advised.  Reread the chapter and 
review your notes and homework.  Use the review guides to help you study.
