Unit 1 Verb test was discussed with each student individually and sent
home on Thursday, October 9. I will meet with students who need additional
review of verbs. Contact me to set this up.
We started the unit on Nouns. We will cover common and proper nouns,
compound nouns, finding the subject and verb of a sentence. We will also
learn the rules for making a noun plural. Two quizzes will be given and the
Noun unit 2 test will be on Friday, October 24. Begin studying early.
Book report posters were turned in on Tuesday, October 7. Grades were
discussed with each students and were sent home on Thursday, October 9. This
grade was included in the progress report.
