Welcome to Mrs. Mitchell’s Pre-Kindergarten Class!
On January 8th we will have a Share Day at school. Your child will be
permitted to bring one toy they received for Christmas to school. The toy
must be able to fit into their bookbag and not be an aggressive toy. The
children will share and talk about their toy with the class.
In January we will begin learning about numbers 1 through 5.
Please continue to review the alphabet to the letter Ll and numbers from 1 to
5. During the month of January we will begin testing your child's knowledge
of this material for report cards in February.

I welcome any emails with general information, questions or comments; this is
a great way for us to touch base through the school year. Please remember not
to email me with time sensitive information or changes to your child’s school
schedule. This should be shared with me personally at the classroom door,
with a call to the school office or in the form of a note. Thank you for all
your help in making this a great school year for your child.
