Welcome to Mrs. Mitchell's Class!

Our Zoo Day was super. Your little zebra had a great time exploring the zoo 
and visiting with the zoo keeper. For our snacks today we enjoyed zebra cakes 
and made our own funny little zoo. Check out our pictures.

Our Word Time words for this week will be throw, catch, close, far, baseball 
and sport.

The week of May 29th we are going to finish our Handwriting Without Tears 
workbook, have fun learning about carnivals and make some great carnival 
crafts. Just a reminder the Gloria Dei Carnival is Saturday, June 2nd from 
10:00 to 3:00. Hope to see you there.
 
Our Spring Chapel Program will be on Wednesday, June 6th at 10:30. The 
children have been working very hard preparing for our program. We hope your 
schedule will allow you to attend our program.

Don't forget your book bag and folder each day.

a great way for us to touch base through the school year. Please remember not 
to email me with time sensitive information or changes to your child’s school 
schedule. This should be shared with me personally at the classroom door, 
with a call to the school office or in the form of a note. Thank you for all 
your help in making this a great school year for your child.
