Welcome to Pre-School 2009-2010.
Each week we will have a theme. We will talk about the theme and make several
art projects related to it as well as sing songs about our themes.
Our upcoming themes for this year are as follows:
Nov 4-6: Shapes
Nov 9-13: Shapes
Nove 16-20: Thanksgiving
Nov 23-24: Thanksgiving
Dec 1-4: Numbers
Dec 7-11: Christmas
Dec 14-18: Christmas
Each week we will have a special snack on Friday for each particular theme.
When we do our four weeks of colors; that Friday we will wear that color.
On Fridays, we will be sending a work sheet home with your child to introduce
concepts to help prepare them for Pre-Kindergarten.
Remember, our year as preschoolers will be flexible. This is only a flexible
schedule.
We will also have several Field Trips such as a trip to the Grocery store,
Bass Pro Shops, Sunrise House, etc...
Please remember on November 2 & 3, we will have Parent / Teacher Conferences.
During that time I will need to meet with all parents.
