I want to congratulate and give thanks to all the students for their very good behavior on the various field trips and assembly programs held during and after school. All the visitors and guests at HEMS, and all of the adults at the locations we have visited continue to give you high praises and are amazed at your wonderful behavior and good manners. HEMS Meets AYP Once Again And Is Fully Accedited By The Virginia Department of Education Hurley Elem./Middle School has made Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) and is a fully accredited school by the Virginia Department of Education.
