Before you take the step of enrolling in private lessons, please decide if you have time for this commitment, and please treat your private teacher as a professional so that the JRHS Orchestra maintains a good reputation!

++ =  I have met this teacher personally--this means that at the least, I know of nothing that would disqualify them from teaching your student, and I find the person pleasant.  Some are employed locally either in school systems or by universities.  Therefore we can assume that those individuals have passed background checks.
